The Help Line is a marriage counseling center where aggrieved couples go to solve their marital problems. Staffed by all women officers who have no formal training in counseling or mediation, the “Marriage Cops” offer ad hoc solutions to couples in need: But are they really helping or just putting a band-aid on problems that are too big for them to handle?
